Mojang Studios announced today that the Java Edition of Minecraft has released update 25w44a, adding multiple new desert mobs and implementing various adjustments.
First to appear is the new mob “Parched,” a subspecies of the skeleton warrior. They wander through deserts and share characteristics with desert zombies, not catching fire even when exposed to sunlight.
Another newly added mob is the “Camel Husk,” a subspecies of the camel. It also possesses the特性 of not burning in sunlight. This mob can serve as a mount for the “Parched,” and when ridden by one, its combat capabilities are significantly enhanced.
In addition to the new mobs, this update also makes a series of balance and mechanism adjustments to gun-type weapons, and fixes some system issues, further optimizing the overall game experience.
